CareHaven of Pleasants is a 68-bed, skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in the pastoral community of Belmont, West Virginia. Conveniently located along the neighboring border of Ohio, the center provides resident patients with medical services associated with short-term as well as long-term care.
Springfield Center is a 60-bed, long-term skilled nursing facility located in Lindside, West Virginia, a picturesque country setting within Monroe County. Springfield Center offers a new, home-like environment in which medical professionals tend to the physical care and emotional needs of residents.
Eagle Pointe, is a 164-bed, skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
